What: Contributes 16% of the purchase price up to $150k!

Truckee Home Access Program

Who: One household member must be employed full-time within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School district boundary (30+ hours per week). Buyer must meet 245% AMI requirement ($241k for a household of 4).

What: Contributes up to $150k for a maximum purchase price of $937,500!

Where: Within the town limits of the Town of Truckee

Martis Fund

Who: At least 51% of the household income is earned within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District boundary. Buyer must meet 180% AMI requirement ($183k for a household of 4)

What: Contributes a maximum of $75,000. Homes located within the Hopkins Village project contribute a maximum of $100k (for this project only).

Where: Within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District boundary.
