Workforce Housing Preservation Program

Who: One household member must be employed full-time within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District boundary (30+ hours per week).

What: Contributes 16% of the purchase price up to $150k!

Where: This program is for properties located in eastern Placer County (North Lake).

Truckee Home Access Program

Who: One household member must be employed full-time within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School district boundary (30+ hours per week). Buyer must meet 245% AMI requirement ($241k for a household of 4).

What: Contributes up to $150k for a maximum purchase price of $937,500!

Where: Within the town limits of the Town of Truckee

Martis Fund

Who: At least 51% of the household income is earned within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District boundary. Buyer must meet 180% AMI requirement ($183k for a household of 4)
